The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, electric external blinds on all windows and internal pleated blinds.
The living rooms, bedrooms and hallway have vinyl flooring, the wet rooms have floor tiles.
The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.
The terrace facing the lake is fully equipped with garden furniture and lockable storage boxes for the cushions.
Our guests have 2 underground parking spaces and an elevator at their disposal.

The prices quoted are valid for a maximum occupancy of 4 persons, for each additional person an extra 10,- Euro per night will be charged.
