On the 3rd floor of the Villa Meeresblau you will find a cosy and individually furnished 3-room holiday apartment (70 sqm) in a quiet location. You reach the apartment comfortably by elevator. Up here you can enjoy the sun all day long. The balcony faces southwest and east. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and have separate access to the balcony.
The apartment is fitted with underfloor heating and electric shutters. The living area and one bedroom are equipped with Smart-TV (cable). Wireless LAN is available free of charge throughout the apartment. A well-equipped fitted kitchen with various appliances, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler awaits you.
To the apartment belongs a parking space in the inner courtyard and another parking space in the underground car park.
The wide sandy beach and the Wadden Sea are within walking distance.
Shopping possibilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
At your disposal during the season: a hooded beach chair at the beach.
