Floor: 1st floor with balcony (facing south-west), completely fitted with electric shutters and underfloor heating.
The apartment complex is located in the immediate vicinity of Döser beach. To the centre of Döse with shopping facilities and restaurants it is only a few walking minutes. In the holiday house there is an underground parking lot belonging to the apartment. At your disposal during the season: a hooded beach chair at the beach.
