Enjoy a lovingly and individually furnished holiday apartment (ground floor, 81 sqm) in the immediate vicinity of the beach (5 min walk) and many shopping facilities (bakery, butcher's shop, discounter, 2-5 min walk). The two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (1.80 x 2 m, 1.60 x 2 m), there is an additional mattress if required and enough space for baby beds. The cosy, bright kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven (with integrated microwave), refrigerator with freezer and 3 coffee machines (capsule, filter, espresso). It connects to the living room and gives access to the spacious covered terrace. The bathroom has an accessible rain and hand shower.

The apartment can be accessed at ground level from the own parking lot right in front of the door. The hallway and all rooms are generously laid out and furnished to a high standard. One bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TV sets. In addition there is free wireless LAN and a stereo system. Electric shutters and blinds provide privacy and sun protection.

At your disposal during the season: a hooded beach chair at the beach.
