High-quality and modern furnished apartment (approx. 52 sqm) with design elements and particularly large balcony on the 4th (and therefore highest) floor with separate bedroom and spacious living room with integrated fitted kitchen with full equipment.
Occupancy of up to four people possible, maximum comfort with an occupancy of two people.
When you enter your apartment, you will find a bright and modern living room with a separate dining area with four chairs, a comfortable sofa and two ottomans. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa bed (1.60m x 2.00m sleeping area) if required. The bedroom has a 180x200cm box-spring bed. In both rooms you can enjoy the view through floor-to-ceiling windows.
From both the bedroom and the living room you can step out onto the large balcony with high-quality furniture in the form of a table and two chairs as well as a lounger and enjoy the beautiful, unobstructed distant view over the moor meadows in front of the Elbe estuary behind it (east-facing).
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and WC, towel warmer and hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances. In addition to a stove with ceramic hob and oven, convection hood, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto capsule machine, you will find everything you would expect from excellent furnishings.
The apartment has underfloor convectors in the living rooms, which ensure a pleasant indoor climate even in summer.
For your entertainment and further comfort

Your dog is welcome in our apartment on special request. The dog must be well behaved and kept on a lead in the public areas of the apartment complex to respect guests who are allergic to or afraid of dogs. Please remove your dog's business from the grounds of the apartment complex. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa or bed. We must also point out that as a dog owner you are responsible for any damage caused by your dog to the apartment property or guests as well as possible disturbances of the peace.
