Welcome to vacation apartment 106! The bright 4-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and is therefore easy to reach. The heart of the apartment is the open and light-flooded living and dining area. The balcony in front of it offers a wonderful view of the island of Neuwerk (full sea view, west side) and invites you to linger.
A fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and a large dining table leaves nothing to be desired.

The three separate bedrooms offer space for up to 6 people: The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a 1.40 m wide double box-spring bed. From bedrooms 1 and 2 there is direct access to the second balcony (east side), where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. All three bedrooms and the living room have flat-screen TVs.

The large bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a WC, and there is also a second small bathroom with a guest WC.

The apartment is fully tiled, equipped with underfloor heating, wall-mounted radiators and electric external blinds as well as additional pleated blinds.

Underground parking space, cable TV, non-smoking apartment, no pets.
Beach chair on the beach included during the season.
