The apartment has a modern furnished living room with fitted kitchen and two interior bedrooms (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.40 x 2.00 m). The entire living space is equipped with underfloor heating and additional wall radiators, electric external blinds and mosquito screens. The large bathroom has an XXL shower. Other features include: SONORO-PRESTIGE sound system (compatible with TV), cable TV and WLAN with a performance of 250 Mbits/s., Internet radio, second TV in the bedroom, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven/microwave as a combination device, Blu-ray 3D DVD player, coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, iron/board and clothes horse in the separate storage room, electric sun awning over the balcony and much more.

As of now and until further notice, impairments due to construction activities on a direct neighboring property are to be expected. Exact information, when and to what extent this is to be expected, we can unfortunately not give. The apartment faces north to the lake side and thus completely away from the construction site. The night's rest is therefore not affected.
