Hooded beach chair on the balcony. 1 bedroom with regular double bed, full ocean view and direct access to the balcony. 1 internal bedroom with regular double bed. Living room with relax chair and integrated fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer and coffee pad machine). Amenities include electric blinds, fly screens (balcony doors), cable TV, radio, DVD player and wireless LAN. Underfloor heating and additional radiators. Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. The apartment has its own storage room for bicycles and a fixed underground parking space with its own e-charging station (wallbox). An additional outdoor parking space is available on request.
At your disposal during the season: a hooded beach chair at the beach.

As of now and until further notice, impairments due to construction activities on a direct neighboring property are to be expected. Exact information, when and to what extent this is to be expected, we can unfortunately not give. The apartment faces north to the lake side and thus completely away from the construction site. The night's rest is therefore not affected.
