Cable TV with media library, stereo, DVD player and internet access (W-LAN). Fitted kitchen integrated into the living room with stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and vanity mirror. The entire apartment has tiled floors and underfloor heating. Iron, ironing board and clothes horse are also available. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the house. Elevator!

Exact information, when and to what extent this is to be expected, we can unfortunately not give. The apartment faces north to the lake side and thus completely away from the construction site. The night's rest is therefore not affected.
