The apartment has a sophisticated living room with integrated fitted kitchen and surrounding balconies. The large bedroom with box spring bed also has full sea view and a separate balcony access. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with electric exterior blinds, and there is also a mosquito screen door in the bedroom. Outside, moonlight light globes provide an atmospheric ambiance. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact information on when and to what extent this is to be expected. The apartment is completely turned away from the construction site both to the south side towards the construction site and to the north towards the lake side. The bedroom is also located in this position. The night's rest is therefore not affected.
