Bedroom with regular double bed and living/sleeping room with high-quality sofa bed and nice reading corner as well as integrated fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer compartment. Cable TV (2nd TV in the bedroom), stereo and DVD player as well as iron/board and clothes horse available. Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Size of the vacation apartment approx. 65 sqm. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating.

1st floor with balcony and full sea view.

From now on and until further notice, we have to expect disruptions due to construction activities on a directly neighboring property. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact information on when and to what extent this is to be expected. The apartment faces north to the lake side and is therefore completely turned away from the construction site. The night's rest is therefore not affected.
