The apartment has underfloor heating, electric shutters, iron/board, clothes horse, games/book collection and hotel safe.

The underground parking lot itself also has its own wallbox for charging electric cars.

1st floor with large, wrap-around balcony and magnificent panoramic sea view (north/south/west facing).

From now on and until further notice, we have to expect disruptions due to construction activities on a directly neighboring property. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact information on when and to what extent this is to be expected. The apartment is completely turned away from the construction site both to the south side towards the construction site and to the north towards the lake side. The bedroom is also located in this position. The night's rest is therefore not affected.
