High-quality and modern furnished, penthouse-like apartment (approx. 62 sqm) with design elements plus a 25 sqm roof terrace on the 4th (and therefore highest) floor with two bedrooms and a spacious living room with integrated fitted kitchen with full equipment.
Maximum comfort is provided for an occupancy of two adults and one additional person or two children.
When you enter your apartment, you will find a bright and modern living room with a separate dining area with six chairs, a comfortable sofa and two ottomans. The sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed (1.60m x 2.00m sleeping area) if required. A balcony with a table and two chairs leads off the living room (west-facing). You can enjoy the view through floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a 180x200cm box-spring bed and access to the large roof terrace with wonderful, unobstructed distant and panoramic views to the north and west as well as partial views to the east. On the roof terrace you will find high-quality furniture in the form of a table with two chairs, additional lounge furniture (table and four lounge chairs) and two loungers.
The second, separate bedroom has a 140x200cm box-spring bed.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and WC, towel warmer and hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances. In addition to a stove with ceramic hob and oven, convection hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto capsule machine, you will find everything you would expect from excellent furnishings.
The apartment has underfloor convectors in the living rooms, which ensure a pleasant indoor climate even in summer.
For your entertainment and further comfort

- a built-in safe in the living room cupboard.
Your dog is welcome in our apartment on special request. The dog must be well behaved and kept on a lead in the public areas of the apartment complex to respect guests who are allergic to or afraid of dogs. Please remove your dog's business from the grounds of the apartment complex. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa or beds. We must also point out that as a dog owner you are responsible for any damage caused by your dog to the apartment property or guests as well as possible disturbances of the peace.
